Early Kindergarten registrations will be held on the following dates:
- March 13, 2018 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- March 20, 2018 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- April 4, 2018 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- April 11, 2018 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
You may drop in any time during the dates and times listed above. An appointment is not necessary.

Per SJCSD policy, please be advised that we will be unable to take your registration if any of the required documents are missing or incomplete. All registration forms must be filled out; all proofs of residency must be provided; the school-entry physical must be dated 8/10/17 or later; all shots must be recorded on a FL 680 form and must be complete for Kindergarten entry into school as of 8/10/18.
Required Immunizatins for PK-6th Grade:
Four or five doses of DTaP,
Four or five doses of IPV
Two doses of MMR
Three doses of Hep B
Two doses of Varicella
