Progress Monitoring Results<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

(K-2nd) STAR:<\/b>\u00a0Parents\/Guardians can access student progress monitoring results in HAC during the assessment window.\u00a0 The student score reports for PM1 will also be available in the\u00a0Family Portal\u00a0<\/b><\/a>after the window closes.\u00a0 During future assessment windows, the STAR progress monitoring scores will be available in the Family Portal after the first two weeks of the assessment administration (within each window).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

(3rd-8th) Cambium\/FAST:<\/b>\u00a0 After the first week of each assessment window, Parents\/Guardians can access student progress monitoring results directly from the\u00a0Family Portal\u00a0<\/b><\/a>almost immediately after the student completes the assessment.\u00a0 The access code that is needed to log-in to the Family Score Portal can be found in HAC under the registration tab.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This administration provides summative scores that accurately measure students\u2019 mastery of the B.E.S.T. Standards at the end of the school year.<\/span>

Each progress monitoring test administration covers the full test blueprint, meaning that all content expectations for that subject and grade level are assessed. Consequently, for PM1 and PM2, a student is likely to not score at grade level; however, that does not necessarily indicate that the student is not on track to succeed. It is important for teachers and families to understand that score information is intended to provide baseline and mid-year results for PM1 and PM2, respectively. PM1 and PM2 results are for informational purposes only and should be used to identify areas in which students may need additional instruction and support.
