Each time you enter the front reception area you will be asked to present your I.D.<\/p>\n<p>Proper identification must be presented each time a person signs in at a school. The only forms of proper identification are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Current state issued driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Current state issued identification card (issued only by the Department of Motor Vehicles)<\/li>\n<li>If a person has a visa and\/or does not have a social security number, the applicant must contact the Volunteer Services department right away for alternate steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visitors and volunteers must have an approved <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.raptortech.com\/Apply\/OTY0OTplbi1VUw==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">School Access Form<\/a>\u00a0on file. Allow 4 \u2013 6 weeks for processing so <strong>please plan ahead<\/strong>. \u00a0Keep in mind this clearance applies to all visitors, including grandparents. If you have any questions concerning your volunteer status, please contact <strong>Sandra Hood, Front Desk Receptionist<\/strong> at 904-547-4090.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISITORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anyone entering the building during school hours must have an approved school access application on file. If a grandparent, aunt, friend, etc., wish to attend an event, he\/she must follow this procedure.\u00a0 To complete the form go click on <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.raptortech.com\/Apply\/OTY0OTplbi1VUw==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">school access<\/a>, complete the application, and submit.\u00a0 \u00a0Please allow no less than four weeks for the application to be approved.\u00a0 School-aged visitors, such as cousins or friends are not permitted to join a student for the day.\u00a0 Only children who are registered at VRA may attend classes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VOLUNTEERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>All<\/u> parents must complete a school access application if they wish to volunteer in a classroom, participate in any class activities, or eat in the lunchroom.\u00a0\u00a0 To complete the form click on <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.raptortech.com\/Apply\/OTY0OTplbi1VUw==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">school access<\/a>, complete the application, and submit.\u00a0 Expect the clearance process to take up to four weeks.
